This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about the week of July 14th, 2014 to Replace the Fire Alarm System, Building 76, Project No. 528A6-14-601. Contract or shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and all other necessary resources to Replace the Fire Alarm System in Building 76 as required by the drawings and specifications. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses'. The NAICS code is 238210. The small business standard is $14.0 M. The cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
