Description
NSN 4920-01-500-1524RN, Part Number AD33480-6, Synchronizer Test Set, used to identify faulty components in an aircraft's synchrophaser system and check propeller phase angles. Approximately 15.3 inches long, 16.5 inches wide, 16.5 inches high, and 40 pounds. Material: Steel, Aluminum and Electrical Components. This item supports the C-130 aircraft. Basic requirement is for 11 each. Period of performance will be 12 months ARO. Delivery is due 365 days ARO and all deliveries will be FOB Origin. Delivery locations: FE6261, FE6071, FE6231, FE6331, FE6281, FE6520 and FE4469. This is a sole source acquisition to Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (73030). In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation retains complete rights to the data for the design of the C-130 Synchrophaser and propeller systems. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. Solicitation is expected to be issued approximately 3 July 2014, with a response due 24 July 2014. The RFQ will be posted at www.fbo.gov. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
