Description

VISN 2 which encompasses five medical centers in Western New York has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for its inventory of CareFusion Pyxis dispensers. The service maintenance plan shall include the following: 24hr/ 7 day a week remote technical support; On-site field service within 24hrs of initial call; Adjustment and replacement of non-consumable parts; Maintenance and replacement parts on an exchange basis; Replacement Cubie pockets; On-site preventative maintenance once a year; Software updates. The NAICS Code is 811310. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by VISN 2. This is not a solicitation.
