Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The work consists of site preparation(preparation and protection of the work site, dismounting of lightning conductor system, modification of some ventilation systems, complete cleaning of roof), roof renovation (roof deck and vapor barrier, insulation, sub layer, weatherproof layer)and finishing work (weather fillets, wall covering, zinc work, finish raised parts, reinstallation of lightning system, repair skylights, repair metallic roof gutter) in accordance with specifications and drawing.
