Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Office of Informatics and Analytics June 26, 2014 VA701-14-I-0154 SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Display Advertisement in Hospitals & Health Networks August 2014 issue The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) Office of Informatics and Analytics intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Health Forum Management Publications & Online Media, 155 North Wacker Drive, Suite 400,Chicago, IL 60606 for a full page advertisment (print) and also in digital format in the August issue of Hospitals & Health Networks This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
