- PRESOLICIATION NOTICE Various activities in South Carolina area require delivery of an indefinite quantity of Milk and Dairy products beginning October 26, 2014 ending October 21, 2017. Activities will include customers for the following South Carolina; Fort Jackson, Shaw AFB, McEntire Air National Guard Station, Bamberg Jobs Corp Center South Carolina; Parris Island, Beaufort, Charleston, SC. Contract period will be 36 months and this is a unrestricted acquisition. This solicitation will be issued under FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition the resultant contract will be made based on the lowest evaluated aggregate price. All materials used in fabrication are to be furnished by the successful bidders. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. Estimated solicitation date is approximately July 3, 2014. Once issued copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website. Contractors are required to be registered with DIBBS In order to download solicitations. The website can be found at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
