- AMENDMENDT: The following synopsis has been modified to provide updated solicitation posting and award dates. This is a synopsis for a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI) has a requirement for Twenty-three (23) cyber crime workstations responsible for conducting criminal and counter-intelligence investigations. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered. This service will be conducted at Travis AFB, CA; El Segundo, CA; Joint Base Andrews, MD; Tinker AFB, OK; JBSA-Lackland, TX; Wright-Patterson AFB, OH; 67661 Kaiserlautern-Vogelweh, Germany; Dobbins ARB, GA; Yokota AB, Fussa Toyko; JB Anacostia-Bolling, DC. Delivery date is 30 days after delivery of contract. One option may be awarded. The government intends to make a single award to the offeror that represents the best overall value considering price and technical acceptibality. Solicitation No. FA7014-14-R-3013 is issued as a Request for Proposal. It is advertised with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334111. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 27 June 14 at www.fbo.gov. Proposals should be submitted via e-mail to vincent.c.dattilo.civ@mail.mil, please provide a courtesy copy to Ramona Hanson at ramona.l.hanson.civ@mail.mil.
