- 19N, BR-36B/A BOMB RACK (HOF)(NIIN 01-530-0923); B1N, AV-BB AIRCRAFT ARMAMENT EQUIPMENT; BPN, AIRCRAFT, C-2A (REPROCURED); E5N, HELICOPTER, SEARCH AND RESCUE, HH-60H; G9N, BRU-36A/A BOMB RACK (MEMBER) (NIIN: 99-785-9858); AND H1N, NAVY/MARINE AIRCRAFT ARMAMENT EQUIPMENT. RFP SPE4A614R2012, SC 1000026758. This solicitation is being issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). RFP is for contractor supply of NSN 5995-01-220-7765, CABLE ASSEMBLY,SPECIAL PURPOSE, ELECTRICAL in accordance with THE BOEING COMPANY, CAGE 76301, P/N MD31623-3307; and FLIGHT REFUELLING LTD DBA COBHAM, CAGE U1918, P/N MD31623-3307. NAICS for FSC 5995 is 334419, SB size is 500 employees. This NSN is not commercial. The solicited IQC will include a term of base year of 12 months and one option year. This NSN is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). This item is being procured under "other than full and open competition procedures" under 10 USC 1304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Buy American Agreement Act applies to this procurement. Higher-Level QAP applies. Configuration Control applies. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders. The requested terms are FOB Origin, Government Arranged Transportation for all delivery orders. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin for all delivery orders. Delivery of 106 days ARO is requested on all delivery orders. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. Packaging requirements will be stated in the item description in the solicitation. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Annual Estimated Demand is 56 EA. Maximum contract quantity is 150% of the aggregate extended dollar value of the estimated value for the base period. This calculation will also apply to the option period. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction.
