- AFMC 158 Packaging Requirements Government drawing G1-47-1611 Rev D This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 333999, No. of Employees for this NAICS Code, 500. Solicitation/Purchase Request Number FA8307-14-Q-0190 issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 effective 26 July 2012. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the purchase of the following: Ninety-eighty (98) each 3M 8411 6.5" x144 yds. Clear Polyester Tape with Deactivation Strip-Color Purple, IAW Government Drawing G1-47-1611, Rev D; Seven (7) each 3M 8411 6.5" x 288 yds. Clear Polyester Tape with Deactivation Strip-Color Gold, IAW Government Drawing G1-47-1611, Rev D. See attachments for Government drawing specification and packaging requirements. Required Delivery is 30 Days after receipt of order. The Government intends to make an award by August 2014. Interested parties capable of providing the above must submit a written quote to include discount terms, tax identification number, cage code, and DUNS. Interested parties must also submit capability documentation that demonstrates they are capable and able of converting the tape that will adhere to the filter media paper and timing paper, IAW with Government Drawing G1-47-1611, Rev D. Failure to submit and validate all submission requirements will make your quote un-awardable. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database, no exceptions.
