All other terms and conditions remain the same. ------------------------------------------------------------ Description: AFTC/PZIEB, Edwards AFB, CA is seeking the purchase of services for the inspection and recertification of eighteen (18) aircraft fall protection systems within hangars 1810 and 1820. Requirements: Offerors are requested to submit a complete firm fixed price quote, pricing items as indicated below including manlift and written report as stated in attached Statement of Work, FOB destination, include enough information for the government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this RFQ and per attached Statement of Requirements. The government will be evaluating quotes IAW Far 52.212.2 Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government Requirement; (ii) price Offerors shall provide pricing for the Contract Line Items (CLINS) as noted in line item for the purchase of these portable RAM walls: CLIN 0001 Type 1 Inspection and recertification of aircraft fall protection system to include man-lifts and a written confirmation of recertification. 1 each Evaluation Criteria: 1. Provide inspection and recertification of aircraft fall protection systems in accordance with the Statement of Work for Inspection and Recertification of Aircraft Protection Systems (attached). 2. Contractor is responsible provide man lift. 3. Statement citing that inspection and recertification will be accomplished within 15 days after receipt of order. 5. The following clauses will also apply to any order awarded as a result of this solicitation and are those in effect through the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20140528, effective 28 May 2014 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74, effective 30 May 2014.
