- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is F5N3SF4150A001. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code 339950 Sign manufacturing with no more than 500 employees.Products to be delivered to Westover ARB Chicopee, MA 01022. All products shall conform to the terms, standards and conditions of all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and best commercial practices with the focus on safety and customer service. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The specifics of the product are a speed monitor fixed pole mounted speed sign. Enclosure with graffitti resistant coating. 2 Digit red or Amber 18 inch display, solar, battery and charger. Internal radar, over speed (also known as violater alert), high speed cut off, mounting bracket, tuning fork with a 2 year limited factory warranty on electronics and a 1 year limited factory warranty on all other components.
