- The USFWS has a requirement to purchase to replace water control structures for Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge Complex, Tulelake, CA. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. A pre-bid site visit is not scheduled.
