- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside. Therefore, any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Therefore, quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67400- 14-T-0130 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The FSC code is U006 and t he NAICS code is 624310. The Government is soliciting quotes for the Free Fall Parachute Training service. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Technical Capability, Price and Delivery. However, the Government does reserve the right to issue multiple awards if it is deemed in the best interest of the Government. CLIN 0001: Free Fall Parachute Training service Qty: 1 Service Number of Students: 28 Period of Performance: 23 July 2014 - 16 August 2014 The contractor shall provide training in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Service shall be performed within 4 hour driving distance of Camp Pendelton, CA. Please see the attached Statement of Work for the Government's requirement. All quotes shall be in English language.
