- The Southern Regional Contracting Office, Ft. Gordon, GA intends to issue a purhase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i) on a sole source basis to Given Imaging, Inc. for 1 each MSE-3889-Z Manoscan system, EM Z, WS upgrade; 1 each 4189 Manoscan # Z A200; 1 each 4284 Assy. Acecessory Kit, HRMZ; 1 each 3890 ManoScan ESO Z Catheter; 1 each 800022 ManoScan ESO software; 1 each FGS-8028 ManoView ESO v3.0.1 software kit and 1 each 80144 ManoView ESO 3.0 license. The required items are distributed soley by Given Imaging, Inc. and are compatible with a pre-existing Manoscan manometry system currently in use at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, Georgia. Applicable NAICS is 334510. This action will be conducted IAW FAR 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing the Contracting Officer at linda.spindler@us.army.mil no later than 5:00 PM Central Time, 27 June 2014. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice. This item may be awarded without further notice.
