Description
Solicitation No. F14PS00693. Notice of Intent to Sole Source reference FAR Clause 6.302-1. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to procure one (1) Model BP40G, Auto-priming, cart mounted, 10.2 HP, Gasoline Engine to include: 4 inch bio-stream powder coated fish pump, 10.2 HP model GXV390 Electric Start Honda Gas Engine with main drive and dual drive pulleys and belts on fish pump drive. Includes wet tank and Aluminum Cart. Also includes all components and circuiting to start and stop priming pump and fish pump. Large flatless pneumatic rubber front swivel casters and flatless pneumatic ridged rear casters. Hose bib fitting for inlet and outlet are 2" - 4", with 2" - 4" stainless steel v-clamps. Model BP40-1 Aqualife dewatering box with removable dewatering rack and Model 860-P, standard inlet chute with 8" male airtight to 6" male Camlock fitting. These fish pump systems, as manufactured by Magic Valley Heli-Arc and Manufacturing, Inc, Twin Falls, Idaho are required for moving fish from the raceways to transport equipment for distribution, and to back-up the existing operating equipment at the Fish Hatchery. This requirement will be for small business only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333911, Pump and Pumping Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quote for competitive proposals, however, firms with an expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
