Description

Issue Date: 06/24/2014 Response Date: 06/26/2014 Classification Code: Solicitation Number: VA101-14-Q-0172 The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) intends to award a sole source procurement to Parking Management Inc. (PMI) 2100 Crystal Drive, Plaza Shops #2105, Crystal City, VA 22202. The award will be for 15 parking spaces located at 1100 1st Street NE, Washington, DC, in an indoor parking facility with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and including all federal government holidays access to the parking facility with on-site parking attendants. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price Contract for 1 base year with four (4) Option Years. This Notice of Intent is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor is it a Request for Proposals (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all responses received by 4:30PM EST June 25, 2014. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will be accepted via email only to Raelynn.white@va.gov. The solicitation number of this notice must be referenced in the subject line of an email.
