- PR 0053497980 for NSN 1680-01-475-8470, Sensor and Antenna Systems, CAGE 93346, Part Number, 4240323-501 Trans, Rect Assembly. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 159 each. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, FOB Origin, and delivery 435 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract on or around 07/08/2014, and the closing date is on or around 08/07/2014. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $650,000 a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
