Questions and Answers (RFQ - Solicitation VA249-14-Q-0563) Question: 1. Does this requirement include the Cooper and Leestown Facilities or just one? Answer: Under PART A - A.1 of the STATEMENT OF WORK, it states "This requirement is for the cleaning of Leestown Canteen Kitchen exhaust hoods, ducts and filters at the VA Medical Center, Leestown Campus, 2250 Leestown Road, Lexington, KY 40511". There is no requirement for the Cooper Division. Question: 2. What specific certifications are you requiring? Answer: Prospective bidders should provide all certifications "if" applicable in order to perform the work required within the Statement of Work. Please note: The time frame for submitting questions in regards to this solicitation has now closed. The closing date and time was June 23, 2014 at 8:00 am CST.
