- Description
- The purpose of this solicitation is to secure Common Stand Exam Data Collection on the Black Hills National Forest. Northern Hills Ranger District has approximately 3,427 plots in Pennington and Lawrence Counties SD to collect data following the Common Stand Exam Chapter 4 of the Common Stand Exam User Guide and Regional specific appendices. This is a total small business set-aside. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED BY: July 3, 2014. Neither a Pre-quote tour nor site visit is scheduled. It is the contractor's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the normal terrain. You may Google: Black Hills National Forest - for information on roads, pine beetles, terrain, and other pertinent information. Questions must be received by close of business on July 21, 2012 - any questions received after this date will not be considered.
