- Fire Plan Wage Determination Maps Solicitation, This project is for 2014 Lake Canyon Mowing and Shredding to improve forest health and vigor, mitigate mistle-toe and bark beetle problems, alter the fire behavior of a wildfire and improve big game winter range browse on approximately 234 acres of USFS (Public) land east of the town of Dolores, CO. The Mancos-Dolores Ranger District is responsible for the project. The proposed treatments under this contract include mechanical thinning, mowing and shredding of Gambel oak and ponderosa pine. All work shall be performed within the Dolores Ranger District of the San Juan National Forest near the city of Dolores, Colorado. This project is 100% Set-Aside for small businesses. The NAICS Code for this project is 115310 and the small business size standard is $17.5M. The solicitation for this project will be available only through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted via hard copy to the address provided in the solicitation or via email to Ginger Domingos at gingerdomingos@fs.fed.us. All Offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in accordance to FAR 52.204-7, be registered in ORCA in accordance to FAR 52.204-8, and must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers. A formal site visit has been scheduled for June 30th, 2014 at 9:00 am from the Dolores Public Lands Center. The solicitation is attached to this announcement. The actual due date is identified on the solicitation.
