- Picnic Table Support Project Drawing Required Submittals This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.The solicitation number is AG-05GG-S-14-0039 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 74. The North American Classification System code is 337124 with a corresponding size standard of 500 employees. This project is a 100% set aside for small business concerns. DESCRIPTION: This project is for the fabrication of eighty eight (88) steel picnic table supports. The supports are to be sandblasted, primed and powder coated paint, in 40% gloss black color. Supports are to be fabricated according to the attached drawing and specifications MATERIAL: Supports shall be fabricated from plain (non-galvanized) mild steel. SPECIFICATIONS: All exposed edges of metal angles shall be ground to remove sharp irregularities. Paint shall be 40% gloss black and the painting method is as listed in the attached Schedule of Items (sandblasted to full white finish blast, primer coat and powder coat top finish, 40% gloss black). SEE ATTACHMENT 01 PROJECT DRAWING DATE AND PLACE OF DELIVERY: Delivery of picnic tables supports is required by August 8, 2014 to the Naches Ranger Station Storage Yard which is approximately (1) one mile west of Naches, WA. To reach the delivery site, from Highway 12 take a right at the junction of Highway 12 and the Old Naches Highway approximately (1/2) half mile east to the storage yard. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OFF-LOADING OF THE TABLE SUPPORTS. THERE IS NO GOVERNMENT EQUIPMENT TO UNLOAD AT THE STORAGE YARD. Acceptance is F.O.B. destination. Payment will be made after delivery and acceptance by the Government. The options for payment are either via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) system or via Government purchase card. Accordingly, by accepting this award the contractor acknowledges that it -(1) does not have a tax delinquency, meaning that it is not subject to any unpaid Federal tax liability that has been assessed, for which all judicial and administrative remedies have been exhausted or have lapsed, and that is not being paid in a timely manner pursuant to an agreement with the authority responsible for collecting the tax liability, and (2) has not been convicted (or had an officer or agent acting on its behalf convicted) of a felony criminal violation under any Federal law within 24 months preceding the award, unless a suspending and debarring official of the United States Department of Agriculture has considered suspension or debarment of the awardee, or such officer or agent, based on these convictions and/or tax delinquencies and determined that suspension or debarment is not necessary to protect the interests of the Government. (b) If the awardee fails to comply with these provisions, the Forest Service may terminate this contract for default and may recover any funds the awardee has received in violation of sections 433 or 434.
