Description

This acquisition plan outlines the need the Library of Congress (LOC) has for contractor support the NLS Braille Audio Reading Download (BARD) website and the BARD Mobile app. The work will consist of: • Providing support to users of the BARD website or BARD mobile app, via email, with problems encountered using the BARD website or mobile app. Support consists of resolving problems, assisting user with the use of BARD or the BARD mobile app, directing users to online documentation, or assisting users with the processing of signing up to use BARD. • Collecting statistics on such assistance and generating subsequent reports. • Testing periodic upgrades to the BARD website or the BARD mobile app for possible accessibility issues and reporting these problems to NLS staff. • Perform periodic postings to the BARD support listserv in order to provide on line answers to common BARD support questions. • Perform periodic updates to the BARD FAQs in order to provide on line answers to common BARD support questions.
