The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, located at Hampton, Richmond, and Salem, Virginia, have requirements for the provision of Fresh (not frozen) Bread and Bakery Products; i.e. such as but not limited to: White, Whole Wheat, Whole Grain, and Rye Bread - sliced loaves and individually packaged slices; White and Whole Grain Hamburger, Hot Dog, and Hoagie buns; White, Whole Wheat, and Whole Grain Dinner Rolls, hard and soft, bulk and individually wrapped with a delivery schedule of 4-5 days per week to each VA facility in Virginia at Hampton, Richmond, and Salem. The NAICS code is 311812, and the size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is unrestricted, conducted utilizing the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5.
