Description

Draft SOW for Ex-Libris Voyager The Library of Congress has a requirement for licenses of Ex-Libris Voyager by Ex-Libris. The Voyager Integrated Library System (ILS) is used to acquire materials for the Library's collections; create descriptive (bibliographic) metadata and inventory data; to manage patron data and circulate materials to patrons; and to make information about the Library's collections searchable on the Web via the online public access catalog (OPAC). The Library intends to issue a sole source contract to Ex Libris (USA) Inc., in Chicago, IL. Any firm that wishes to be considered for this requirement must identify its ability to meet the work described in the attached Draft Scope of Work. All expressions of interest must be received by 12:00 Noon ET, July 4, 2014.
