- Solicitation for On-Site Jewish Rabbi Services at FCI Schuylkill, Minersville, PA Rabbi Service Solicitation Memo - FCI Schuylkill, Minersville, PA Jewish Rabbi Statement of Work Credentials of Religious Services Contractor Proof of Residency Form Restrictions on Use of FY 2014 Funds - Attachment I The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Minersville, Pennsylvania is soliciting a non-personal services contract for a Rabbi to provide religious instruction and leadership to federal inmates. Please be advised this is a contractual position only and is not to be construed to be a personnel appointment to the Federal Bureau of Prisons. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award through twelve months, with four (4) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 19, 2014 and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at, www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site and should register at www.fbo.gov to receive notifications regarding information updates about this solicitation.
