Description

This is a modification to a sole source contract to upgrade (4) additional AN/ARS-6, (v12) Lightweight Airborne Recovery System (LARS) with the Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) capability on the HH-60G aircraft. CLIN 0001 - Firm Fixed Price, Upgrade (4) each HH-60G R/T's, due 8 months ARO. A sole source contract modification will be issued to Cubic Defense Applications, INC., 9333 Balboa Ave., San Diego, CA., 92123-1515, CAGE: 94987 per authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A complete data package is not available to the Government. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
