Description

The National Park Service, Jewel Cave National Monument, Custer, SD is seeking interested sources to ascertain availability of expertise and capability to provide survey services and cellular repeater equipment. Jewel Cave NM is located in rough terrain in the southern Black Hills. The survey results will provide information to determine the best location(s) for a carrier quality repeater for cellular service capability that can extend cellular service from existing cell towers up to 30 miles; as well as necessary device(s) to allow the Park to extend cellular service using fiber connection in an underground cave location for a distance learning program. Equipment requirements include, but are not limited to: carrier class cellular extender and repeater supporting standard cellular service; ability to provide license exempt transmission of cellular service providers; AC or DC power supply; extreme temperature capability; bidirectional service; repeats everything in designated frequency. The NAICS code for this project is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing, with a size standard of 750 Employees. Responses should include the following information: company name; address; point of contact; phone number; socio-economic status (Small Business, Service Disabled, 8(a), etc); provide any applicable GSA Schedule Numbers that the work and supplies could be provided under; provide DUNS number; and state if/if not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
