- Wages RFQ FAR Clauses RFQ Cover Letter Drawing Statement of Work (SOW) SF18 THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILIBILITY OF FUNDS The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required to repair and refurbish overhead lifting devices, install one missing end cap on end of line feed buss bars, replace hoist pendant and replace current festoon system that suspends from runway as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor must be in accordance with SOW. REQUEST ALL QUOTES HAVE A MINIMAL OF A 90-DAY EXPIRATION DATE. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE Performance Period: provide services within 45 days of Notice to Proceed. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD may include but are not limited to: Prior to ordering or procuring materials, provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of required information to the Contracting Officer for approval Per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Include manufacturer's catalog data, certificates, and other evidence indicating compliance with the SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution. A SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD July 8, 2014, APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS BEFORE QUOTE IS DUE. (Site visits are not mandatory, but are highly encouraged.) Location: U.S. Coast Guard, Base Kodiak, Alaska. ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE IS LESS THAN $100,000. SOLICITATION PACKAGE WILL BE UPLOADED TO FEDBIZ OPS. PLEASE SUBMIT QUOTES ELECTRONICALLY TO Renea.O.Reddish@uscg.mil.
