- The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Grounds intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Evoqua Water Technologies, 258 Dunksferry Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 for preventative maintenance of an existing inlet and outlet water treatment system, also known as Reverse Osmosis System. The Contractor will be required to show proof of maintaining a current State of Maryland Waste Water Class 5/S/A Certification. The contractor will be required to provide emergency support, repair parts, and service within 24 hours notice. The authority for this procurement is FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code is 221310-Water Supply and Irrigation Systems. This is not a request for quote, and no formal solicitation will be issued. This notice is for informational purposes only. However, all interested parties may contact the Contract Officer listed below. Anyone interested in responding to this requirement must be able to provide compelling evidence that they can provide equivalent service. Responses must be submitted electronically, via email, to LaKia.L.Johnson.civ@mail.mil. The deadline for the submittal of responses is 5:00 pm EST time on June 20, 2014.
