- NASA/KSC has a requirement for 1) AccuRev Enterprise Edition Standard User Qty (99), 2) AccuBridge SDK Qty (1), 3) AccuBridge Rational Qty (1), 4) Redundant Server License Qty (1). The period of performance for these will be August 11, 2014 through August 10, 2015. NASA/KSC intends to purchase the items from Accurev, Inc. The Launch Control System (LCS) development project uses the AccuRev product for software configuration management as its core component. This product maintains the development source code versioning and configuration management of LCS delivery products through the development and testing phases of the LCS Deliveries. The maintenance for AccuRev and AccuBridge can only be procured through AccRuve, Inc. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 4:30 p.m. local time on July 1, 2014. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
