Description

The Solicitation has been posted, Monday June 16th, 2014. Facsimile and e-mail proposals are not authorized. All proposals submitted must include reference to USCP RFP Number QSU SSBR201400002 Command Center A/V Upgrade. Only complete packages on or before 2:00 PM EDT on July 14, 2014 will be considered. General administrative and programmatic questions may be directed to Timothy Stinson, Procurement Office, via e-mail timothy.stinson@uscp.gov. To allow for sufficient time to address questions, all questions must be submitted via email no later than 12:00 PM EDT on June 30, 2014. Response to the questions will be e-mailed to the offerors point of contact by July 3, 2014. A site visit and preproposal conference is scheduled for June 24, 2014 beginning promptly at 10:00 AM, EDT. Contractors may bring no more than two (2) representatives. Please send an email to timothy.stinson@uscp.gov to confirm your visit no later than Monday, June 23, 2014 at 12:00 pm EDT.
