Description

Contractor shall furnish and maintain an inventory of Peripheral Stents and Balloon Catheters at the RLR VAMC, 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 that are listed herein, on a consignment basis in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract/consignment agreement herein. Contractor shall deliver to the RLR VAMC on consignment, the specified items identified in the price schedule to be used by the RLR VAMC. Contractor shall ensure all items are available within 10 days of contract award. Items shall be stored in the RLR VAMC Interventional Radiology Department, room C2013. Contractor will be given access to the consignment inventory by coordinating with the Contracting Officers Representative (COR). COR information will be provided on an additional memorandum at the time of contract award via a formal delegation by the contracting officer (CO).
