Description

Limited Sources Justificaiton The Defense Commissary Agency issued a delivery order, HQC007-14-F-0008, against an existing GSA schedule for brand name Adobe Enterprise Licensing and its Gold maintenance support. This delivery order was issued in accordance with the FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), Limited Sources Justification, brand name descriptions and the new work is a logical follow-on as the new licensing model is not available under an existing enterprise software agreement (ESA) in accordance with DFARS 208.74 titles, ESA's. This order was issued to Twin Technologies, LLC, a small business concern in the amount of $158,880.00 for the base period of 12-months. The award also contains two 12-month option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210 with a size standard of $35.5 million. This delivery order is issued pursuant to FAC 2005-73 effective May 29, 2014.
