Description
Notice of Contract Action. The United States Air Force (USAF), 779 th Medical Wing (79 th MDW), Air Force District of Washington (AFDW), Contracting Division, intends to award a "Sole Source" Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Conexus Inc., to provide full service maintenance for the existing Plexus Asset Management System, to be utilized by the 79 th Medical Wing, Malcolm Grow Medical Center. The maintenance will include intervening service calls to cover the Plexus system with server tag numbers: FVBQNS1 and FV9VNS1. The contract will provide telephone hotline support for system users during business hours as well ason-site technical support for issues unresolvable through telephonic support. The contractor will also provide software support to include anti-obsolescence and one annual comprehensive maintenance inspection. This inspection will include thorough examination of the proper functioning of the system modules and an examination of spare and wear parts. Quarterly AIM and DMLSS file reconciliations will also be provided.The contractor shall perform ongoing maintenance and emergency maintenance necessary to fulfill the customer's requirements. The contractor will provide all tools, parts, and labor needed for emergency or preventive maintenance and incur all associated travel costs. The contractor will provide 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday emergency and routine maintenance service. The anticipated period of performance is 01 Jul 2014- 30 Jun 2015 with four (4) one year options. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.
