Description
Statement of Work UPS Replacement 1. Background As a integral part of our IT infrastructure the Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) components play a major role in protecting our information. A continued monitoring, maintenance and replacement program is vital for the success of the 439 th Communication Squadron. 2. Scope Provide a scheduled UPS maintenance and replacement plan to continue the vital mission requirement for this command. 3. Requirements Identify broken and out of service UPS systems and replace these units for continued operational requirements. Qty Model Est. Cost Total UPS repair/Exchange 14 Units: (2) SU 700 RM2U @ (4) SU 750 RM2U @ (2) SU1000 RM2U @ (1) SU1400 DESKTOP @ (2) SU 400 RM3U @ (1) SU1400 RM2UXL @ (2) SUA 500 RM2U @ plus any additional shipping 4. S ervice In accordance with the service agreement with the vendor: Replacement UPS will be the same make and model as one being returned. Vendor will ship replacement UPS units; Westover will return failed UPS units to the vendor for repair or disposal. 5. Limitations None 6. Government Responsibilities The Government will: · Identify all failed systems and supply this list to the vendor for a quote · Secure funding · Verify all shipped UPS against quote and replace all UPS · Re-box and ship failed units to the vendor according to the contractual agreement with them. 7. Place of Performance Westover A.R.B. 250 Jenkins St. Building 1510 ATTN: PAUL CROTEAU Chicopee, MA 01022 8. 8. Period of Performance The period of performance will commence on contract date and go for a one year period. 9. Pricing The quote provided by the vendor is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of proposal submission. 10. Completion, Acceptance and Invoice · Completion and acceptance shall be considered upon installation of items detailed in the price proposal. · The vendor shall invoice within 30 days of completion and acceptance as per defined the Contract. •· Should the vendor be unable to meet USAF standards, the government shall place orders for deficient items and the delivery schedule shall be adjusted. Any delay due to deficient UPS's shall be no fault of USAF.
