Description

Synopsis: Please note that this is NOT a solicitation for offers and the Government does not anticipate making an award as a result of this notice. In accordance with FAR 17.207 (d) (2), the Government is conducting market research to determine price reasonableness prior to exercising an option for fiscal year 2015. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 3 of the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently seeking qualified firms capable of providing a "Maintenance on Gambro Exalis Dialysis Management System (Software) and Preventive Maintenance on Twenty Six (26) Gambro Hemodialysis Machine" at the VA New Jersey Healthcare, East Orange Campus. The period of performance will be October 23, 2014 through October 22, 2015. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, material, parts, repair services, preventive maintenance, maintenance support and software upgrades on the Gambro Exalis Dialysis Management System (Software) and Preventive Maintenance on Twenty Six (26) Gambro Hemodialysis Machine as required by the NJHCS. The contractor shall also provide maintenance services which includes remote desktop support (troubleshooting, preventive maintenance & in-service), telephone support (direct & standard) and configuration assistance on the Gambro Exalis Software and troubleshooting, replacement of worn parts, calibration/adjustment, cleaning and lubricating in accordance with the OEM on the 26 Gambro Hemodialysis Machine. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 811219. Responses to this notice must be received not later than June 20, 2014 at 12:00pm by email at Charnell.Cunningham@va.gov or fax 718-742-4722. Interested parties shall provide an unofficial quote for the period of performance mention above. The purpose of this notice is to produce a better price or more advantageous offer before exercising the option.
