Description

Information including SOW for Market Survey N1022-14-0002 Provide support to the Military Sealift Command's (MSC) Communications Directorate (N6) Mission Support Section (N63). The Mission Support Section oversees five functional areas that are instrumental into helping guide MSC's financial decisions as they apply to and impact MSC's Information Technology (IT) infrastructure. The five areas are: Mission Support, Financial Management, Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture, and Funds Execution. Mission Support will help guide MSC's decision making as it applies to IT investments and their operational impact. MSC depends on the Mission Support element to clearly communicate the relationship between budget and mission. The Mission Support Contractor shall assist the Mission Support element in creating whatever documentation necessary to illustrate these relationships. Mission Support shall accomplish this by overseeing the efforts of Planning, Programing and Budget (PP&B), Enterprise Architecture (EA), and Portfolio Management (PfM) task orders. Mission Support shall ensure that PP&B, EA and PfM are functioning as a cohesive unit while performing the functions defined in their independent task orders while complying with the Clinger Cohen Act of 1996.
