Description

U.S. Personal Services Contractor (PSC) Polling and Quantitative Analyst-Program Manager, LAC/RSD The Quantitative Analyst-Program Manager (USPSC) will be a core member of USAID’s Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean, Office for Regional Sustainable Development (LAC/RSD). He/she will be the LAC Bureau’s expert in designing and analyzing polls, surveys, focus groups, rigorous evaluations, and a range of quantitative and qualitative data throughout the Latin American and Caribbean region, and assist USAID/Washington and field Missions in analyzing and applying empirical findings to enable evidence-based decision making in USAID’s programs. He/she will apply rigorous methods (such as individual program evaluations, cross-national quantitative studies, systematized expert interviews, and sectoral surveys) to help position the LAC Bureau and its Missions as Agency leaders in data-driven decision-making.
