Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to conduct market research for information and planning purposes only. The Government is soliciting information to determine the availability of Verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Verified Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or any other Small Business capable of performing the requirement indicated below. The NAICS is 611710 (Educational Support Services) with a size standard of $14.0 million dollars. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) has a requirement for a contractor to provide student data reports from institutions of higher learning that will aid the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Education Service. The data shall include a detailed peer-to-peer comparison from the contractor's controlled data based on identical VA data criteria. This will include but not limited to generating a side-by-side comparison of degree attainment ratios from their randomly selected student population compared with the VA data. The contractor shall identify how much education the individual has before they use the VA benefit. The contractor shall generate statistics that list the number and/or percentage of individuals within the VA data gathered who attend multiple higher learning institutions. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). If you are SDVOSB, VOSB or other small business with an approved NAICS Code of 611710 please email a written narrative Statement of Capability including technical information demonstrating the ability to perform the above requirements to Elaine Judson at elaine.judson@va.gov. Responses are due 4:00 p.m., June 23, 2014.
