- The RCO-AK Contracting Office is soliciting offers to procure Loader Tires and O-Rings, to include installation for a 40K Volvo Loader at Fort Wainwright, AK. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 0010519721 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-74, Effective 30 May 2014. This acquisition is solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside acquisition under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 326211 with the number of employees not to exceed 1000. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001: The request is for a one-time buy to purchase (4) Calcium filled Loader Tires and accompanying items and services. Please quote for the following items and give a total for all. Tire size: 29.5R25 4 ea. O-Rings 4 ea. Demount (4 ea) old tires and mount (4 ea) new tires at On-Site location on Ft. Wainwright, AK 99703. Calcium (approximately 750 gallons) Hourly labor for pumping calcium out of old tires and into new tires Service Call (includes all labor, transportation, and shipping charges) Disposal Fee for old tires and calcium. All work is to be done on Site at Bldg 3490 Chippewa Ave, Fort Wainwright, AK 99703. No Government equipment will be provided in the removal and installation of these tires. Quote Information: Quotes must be submitted and received no later than Thursday, June 26, 2014, at 1600 hours (4:00 P.M.) Alaska Standard Time. Procedures for using WAWF are found in DFARS clause 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests. Attachment: You will find an attachment to this solicitation. This is Clause 252.209-7993. This indicates that the Vendor does not have any unpaid Federal tax liability assessed to the company and also that the corporation was not convicted of a felony criminal violation under a Federal Law within the preceding 24 months. All Vendors submitting a quote are required to complete this form. The Vendor will answer the questions at the bottom of the page and then sign, date and return a copy of the form with their quotes for the solicitation.
