- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR FAC 2005-74. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. This is a firm-fixed price procurement and will be procured using commercial procedures. Solicitation Number is F3T1DR4107A001. The NAICS code 334519 applies to this solicitation. The size standard is 500 employees. The item description is as follows with all work to be completed at Dare County Bombing Range: CLIN 0001: Pronto4 Series 4 Tele-op Only (P/N:KA100-16 or equal): the minimum hardware and software required to remotely operate an unmanned vehicle (Government will provide a 2009 Yamaha Model YDRE electric golf cart). Kit must include: steering, transmission, brake and throttle actuation, built-in CPU with preloaded software, radio data link and video capability, all necessary mechanical parts and cables, roof rack Unit: Lot Qty: 1 Unit Price: Total Price: CLIN 0002 Pronto4 Weather Protection Kit (P/N:KA100-01-184 or equal): Plastic molded case that protects system from weather elements such as dust, sand, high and low temperatures,snow, ice, rain, etc Unit: Lot Qty: 1 Unit Price: Total Price: CLIN 0003 Ground Control Station/Operator Control Station (P/N:KA413-01-09 or equal): enables remote video operation of the target vehicle from range center tower.
