- Solicitation Number SPE4A5-14-R-1159 is for NSN 2840-01-499-5299 for Cone, Exhaust Aircraft. FOB Destination and Origin inspection required. Only the products of approved manufacturers are acceptable. OEM is Pratt & Whitney CAGE 77445 P/N 4079584-01; approved sources is Unison Engine Components, CAGE 1J4P3. Contractor First Article is applicable. This is an Unrestricted procurement and will result in Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base and four (4) option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will not include progress payments. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date shown on the RFP. The solicitation will be issued on 27 June 2014 with a closing date of 29 July 2014.
