- FA4809-14-T-0021 Drinking Water Analysis Work consists of contractor providing laboratory services including the furnishing of all materials, equipments, collection, supplies, transportation, facilities, utilities, supervision, and quality control required for the laboratory analysis, and reporting of test results regarding samples collected and/or obtained at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base and Fort Fisher Recreation Area to both the NC DENR and the Government for the 4th Medical Support Squadron at Seymour Johnson AFB. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 with the size standard of $14.0M. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 16 June 2014 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process.
