- RFI Document Attachement A - Site plan The Department of State's (DOS) US Embassy in London is requesting information from Telecommunications providers on the possible infrastructure needed to connect the New Embassy in London (NLE) to telecommunications services. The 12 story NLE is under construction on Nine Elms Lane in Wandsworth and will house 800 employees. The DOS hopes to support these personnel with state of the art telecommunications networks delivering voice, data, and multimedia services. DOS intends to use Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology.
