- This solicitation will contain one NSN (3110‐01‐058‐1317) for a Bearing, Ball, and Airframe. This solicitation is an indefinite delivery purchases order under commercial procedures I/A/W FAR 13.5. Manufacturer sources: Parker-Hannifin Corporation (Cage 82106) P/N 905472-1; RBC Aircraft Products, Inc. (Cage 3NPS1) P/N 905472-1. This item is being procured as Unrestricted. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. This item includes Export Control; Configuration and First Article Government Testing. The required delivery for is 298 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 1997 each. The IDPO will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 499 (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 499 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 999 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
