Description

Notice of intent to purchase SAP Business Objects Enterprise Professional software CPU annual maintenance support via Department of Defense Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI). In accordance with DFARS 208-7402, Departments and agencies shall fulfill requirements for commercial software and related services, such as software maintenance, in accordance with the DoD ESI. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only authorized resellers listed on the ESI website. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
