- This is a Justification for work to be provided under Work Items (WI) 202 and 501of the Statement of Work (SOW) for the Mid-Term Availability (MTA) of the USNS GRAPPPLE (T-ARS 53) under solicitation N32205-14-R-4004. This Justification is covering only the portion of the acquisition which an OEM Authorized Facility/Manufacturer/Representative is required and the approval level requirements will then only apply to that portion. The place of performance will be a Contractor's facility on the East and/or Gulf Coast.
