- NSN: 6685-00-514-5061, INDICATOR, PRESSURE. Origin Inspection is required. FOB is Origin. First Destination Transportation applies to this procurement. This item is procured fully competitive in accordance with a military/federal specification. It should be requested from Customer Service via Fax 215-697-1462 or by phone, 215-697-1462. Required delivery is 179 days. A reverse auction will be conducted and Clause 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction will be included in the solicitation. This NSN is a critical application item. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicitation is for a stock buy. Solicited as full and open competition small business set-aside. Measuring Test and Equipment Clause 52.246-9003 applies. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on 5/8/2014 Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 24 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 6 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is on or about June 6, 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
