- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 0010494596, and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-61. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified offers' may submit bids. The solicitation will start on Wednesday June 11, 2014 and will end on June 18, 2014 at 4:00 pm Eastern Time, or as otherwise posted at http://www.fbo.gov. (FedBizOpps.Gov). This requirement is specifically for the purchase of calibration and repair services of scientific laboratory equipment. This action will include a Base Year and Option Year One (1) and Option Year Two (2). The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Specifications are listed within the CLINS (see below). All interested vendors must respond by Wednesday June 18, 2014 by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be followed. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to pamela.s.paradis.civ@mail.mil. The cost, if any, for providing this data shall be entered into the space provided at this CLIN. If no direct cost is associated with providing the data, enter quote mark No Cost quote mark. Instructions, including the Contractor and Subcontractor User Guides, are available at the CMRA (Contractor Manpower Reporting Application) website at: https://cmra.army.mil.
