Description

VA Network 22 Logistics Office, Long Beach, California intends to negotiate a commercial FAR (Part 6) Sole source procurement with Ziehm Imaging, Inc. 4181 Latham Street, Riverside, CA 92501-1729. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74. No solicitation document exists at this time. Request for Quotation is RFQ VA-262-14-Q-0899. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 423450 and the small business size standard is considered 100 employees. This procurement is for Maintenance Services for Ziehm C-Arm Systems for the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System located at 6900 N. Pecos Rd., North Las Vegas, NV 89086. Period of performance shall be from June 13, 2014 through December 12, 2014. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment and transportation to perform services in accordance with the specifications outlined in the statement of work. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government shall consider all proposals received by 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time June 13, 2014. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. No telephone inquiries shall be accepted. Inquires shall only be accepted in writing by mail. No fax submissions shall be accepted.
